Phia

My name is Phia. For as long as I can remember I have been painting, started block printing in middle school, and pottery in high school. My whole life I have been surrounded by art. I enjoy the challenges in pottery it can be fun, or frustrating, to get a piece taller or wider than the last and I learn more and more about it with each piece I make. I love the look of the prints from block printing, it takes patience, but in the end, it’s all worth it. I have been using my prints on T-shirts and reusable canvas bags. I usually only paint with acrylic but I sometimes challenge my self with watercolor and I’ve been learning to use oil paints. I hope that people find my artwork fun, joyful, or unusual.
